What would you change about our match day experience?

It's probably to prevent people livestreaming the game from inside the stadium.
Lots of venues showing live/protected content deliberately have weaker wi-fi zones to prevent pirating.
That is a plausible explanation and I understand the need to prevent pirating but it is only the last two seasons it has been this bad. Live in hope it will be better for our opening game of 2026/27 at home to Oldham with 17,000 people in the ground.

The Wi-Fi is a joke. I'm in North stand lower and sometimes I want to check the scores in other games or at half time read what rubbish the BBC or the Guardian is saying about our game - yeah I probably shouldn't do that! Anyway if I do manage to connect to the Wi-Fi in the ground it drops out after a few seconds. It's not a major gripe, what's happening on the pitch in front of me is much more important but it is total rubbish for a club of City's status.

I suppose in larger congregated areas signal will always be poor, I’m on 3 and it’s poor signal

That is very true! That’s why the new north stand looks great!

The PA is poor
My kids started getting interested in football just about the same time as the takeover - happy coincidence they were the right ages between 7 and 12 rather than them being out and out glory hunters. They remind me now that around that time one of the things I would say to them was that no matter what happened, where the club went and what glories they would see on the pitch two things would always be true about City; the PA and the ticket office would always be absolutely useless no matter how brilliant everything else became.

On the scran, I think the burgers have shrunk recently, like the actual patty, same price mind. The chicken wrap is fucking crap this year as well, was my go to before.

Cheaper pints. Why not?

Find the half time interviews with musicians and ex players and whoever else annoying, you really can’t make out what anyone is saying and it’s loud as fuck so on the occasion I’m not drinking, still in my seat, you can’t hear a word the person next to you has to say.

Dunno about you lot but much rather have nothing at half time and we can entertain ourselves with a bit of chatter.

But most importantly fix the roof in the south stand, when it’s raining it comes through where I sit.

I've found that if you can get to the back of the stand or out onto the rat runs the signal instantly improves on 5G. The Wifi is shit, always kicks me off, but the 5G is alright at the gates or on the rat runs.

Seriously tone down the PA system
Allow 10 minutes for atmosphere to build for big matches
Ban half and half scarves
Ban Voice of the Etihad from doing the cringey Errrling… and any other such nonsense
Go above and beyond the 4,000 additional season tickets on offer for next season
Create a youth section, remove barriers to allow large groups to sit together
Introduce base matchday ticket prices for U16’s
Remove memberships completely
Make packing out the stadium and atmosphere priority number 1 and priority number 2

Can someone sort out the Trams from Piccadilly Station to Ethiad and back again?

So that you can get one, within an hour of the game beginning and ending?

And not just keep blaming each other!!!

It’s not fit for purpose!!!

Get rid of 95% of the stewards. They serve no purpose. They’re useless in a crisis. They hinder rather than help. Most people know the alphabet and can count and can therefore find their own seat. Most people can recognise toilet signs. Why do we needs hundreds and hundreds of stewards.

Don’t get why you can’t have a pint watching game time you have been served there that slow second half as started

People really can't find their own seat, mostly this occurs when there's City in the away fans SS3 blocks but not exclusively.

Stewards however are pretty useless, the ones near me offer zero help (money for old rope) and tend to stand in the tunnels just pitch side meaning they're causing a blockage, need to steward themselves.

Someone mentioned WiFi the last season or so it's improved in SS3, mine would be dropping out once the ground was getting full but, it's fine now.

Music and other audio stuff. When I've been moved for cup games not too loud but, perhaps being nearer the speakers it's dreadfully loud halfway up SS3.

More toilets!!!!

I'm in SS3 and we have half time beer tokens to grab a pre poured pint at half tine.
Works really well and is very quick so no need to leave seat before half time.

Wish they had the same set up before the game too and just had people walking round the concourse selling tokens then you just take them to the collection point to get your beer. Or even better be able to buy them in bulk at the start of the season.
That would free the bar up for people wanting food and other non pint options.

This 100%! It’s an absolute pain walking 25 mins to the station or car when it rains.

Trams - 2 carriages is a joke. Frequency is a joke.

Car parking nowhere near the ground thanks to Burnham. We used to park in a place that was nowhere near anyone’s house and 15 mins walk.

Kick off times for night matches. Hate 8pm
Due to shit traffic and lack of trains home. Make them 7.45 or 7.30. Better for kids.

Cut down on the noise on the concourse in level 3 SS. I just want to watch whatever match is on the TV and have a chat with my mate. Instead I have to listen to music being played . The same music set every week!
Agree with the parking shambles, but it wasn’t Burnham mate it was the council, what the should’ve done say on Briscoe lane is put meters in with a 3 hour no return, so you can turn up watch game and fuck off.
