Just been on a 18 mile bike ride (It's been a while) up to through Clifton up to Radcliffe and back. Was going out drinking tonight but doubt my stomach could take it. Night in watching a few Louis Theroux documentaries sounds better.

Me too, wake up, work, check Bluemoon, finish work, drive home, get pissed, go to bed then repeat the next day.

That's about it my friend.
Though as i get older the drinking is becoming less and less appealing.
I still do it more out of habit than anything else but there has got to be more.
I think i'm having a 2 thirds life crisis.

I'm sort of happy with my life, do a bit of work a day or so a week, go out for lunch, take the dog for walk, go up to the lakes once or twice a month and chilli out.

Been to visit Mum. Off now to take Dad over the road for a beer or two.

How is she? My thoughts are with you, horrible time, take care.

Mum seems okay. Very pragmatic and very alert. More concerned about leaving us than what may be ahead of her (she has a very strong faith). Will be getting her home just as soon as we get a bed installed downstairs (that'll be tomorrow's agenda taken care of...). No idea how long we've got her for, but she'll have the care of both normal social services carers and those from Macmillan. As for me, I'm sticking around for the foreseeable, whether that be a few weeks or a year. Not a clue what I'm going to do with the dogs, the house, the job, but it's not really important right now. Things tend to sort themselves out.

Back on topic... just had a few biscuits with cheese. That's me more or less done for the evening. Bit of a change from yesterday.
