RE: The Fixer. It was after a derby defeat (IIRC) and one theory was that he was off his tits and, to him, it felt funny at the time. Strange nevertheless.

Remember, the news never ran with this incident and someone’s wife worked for the police in the area and knew nothing of it.

I remember sitting in Manchester airport reading that thread on my phone. Was it the morning after the Rooney overhead shinner?
 
I was a long time lurker before making this acc, remember the Fixer and his outlandish story after the derby, wonder what ever happened to him.

Haven't seen MCRJON in a while on here either, always very accurate.

Edit : Also De Niro ? Did I miss something with him ? What 's he up to nowadays
