Dunno but i know one thing it will be what i like and not a turkey. The texture is shit, keeping it moist means cooking for 2 days, fuck that.
Oh yeah it does not taste to great either.

It will be 30degC so the usual salad & various BBQ meat/fish (with some tinsel on the BBQ)

200 for 45 minutes then up to 220 for an hour to get them crispy.
