Home are cheese and red onion pie, new potatoes broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce. Spot on..

Melted goats cheese on peppers with chutney and salad closely followed by Hollands meat and potato pie, chips and beans.

Meat and potato, though good, runs 4th in the Hollands range (best pies in the world) behind steak pudd , meat pie and steak pie. Keep telling my missus to no avail.

I like trout, I usually have it at least once a week, smoked mackerel too.

Was it wild? The farmed stuff can be very fatty and generally shit.
