I know this is a common reply when someone has made you laugh but genuinely had mouth full of cider when reading this (Ye Olde Turncoat, a decent local delicacy) and sprayed it everywhere!

Going to the dentist at half four (couldn't get 2:30), hopefully they will be able to flush out enough stuff from between my teeth to tide me over untill the morning. should consist of some canadian bacon, rye toast, cambells chunky chicken soup and a few reminants of grilled cheese sarnies.

Egg, fried in a wok (perfect!) and chips with plenty of vinegar and more than a hint of salt. Also, a side of tomato sauce. Lovely!
(the chips weren't fried in the wok btw)
