Ordered a jacket with cheese beans and bacon and was enjoying the first couple of bites until I stumbled upon mushrooms hidden away at the bottom !! Fucking chef - I told him a couple of months ago that I like mushrooms and since then every meal he makes me has the fuckers incorporated somewhere on the plate !!

Caramelized balsamic mushrooms and onions, courgette cream, herb crusted salmon. Washed down with some fine tasting Greek Retsina. Perfect.
