Pan fried chicken breast with onion, wild mushroom,chirizo and smoked bacon finished in the oven in a fresh tomato and basil sauce with sauté new potatoes very nice

Got up early to put a lamb tagine together and left it in the slow cooker all day - and it was blimmin awful so we ended up cracking open a bottle of wine and having cheese on toast. And the house stinks of that awful lamb.

Surprised husband hasn't left me after that.

I'd have had peas instead of beans. Peas are green.

Egg and chips here. I'm still building up my meals after a weekend wiped out with an upset stomach so it was something simple.
