Chicken Karahi from the Mughlai in Rusholme. Magic. Not been there for a good while so it was very nice to see the food is still decent, if a little heavy on the ghee.

I've just had a lovely chicken breast, stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon (I spat out the tomatoes), though for some reason I'm now in the dog house...
