What's everyone having\had for tea?

Seafood pasta.
We've just been to our local Chinese restaurant. Busy as....90 minutes for we'd even be considered for a takeaway.....
Mrs G is doing her stuff, and I've opened a Tripel Karmeliet.
 
Pork tenderloin (or pork Alien as I call it, because it reminds me what came out of John Hurt’s chest and the Mrs always humours me as I re-enact the scene every single time we have it). Seasoned with some dry rub, carrots, potatoes, celery, shallots, garlic. Throw it in the pressure cooker for a bit and bingo.
