The kid is a brilliant footballer but our acquisitions should alert him to the fact that we are serious! It's time he got with that program too! He can't get away with the "immature" excuse any more. If he knuckles down, he could be a world beater.

totally agree, he will be used as we have a big season ahead, this spell on the bench will teach him more than any game time.

Seeing Tevez get on before him at Bolton must of hurt.

is he gonna accept being a bench player or will we see him moan about lack of playing time?

if i were you i think i would be more worried about my own team rather than our quality bench warmers, like the reported 24 mill fee for Nasri that should cover what your gonna lose out on in Champs league when Udinese knock you out tonight, then concentrate on your premier league survival

he needs to have a bloody good
look at himself. or he will end up with
splinters up his arse for a long time

What's the point of having an Elite Development Squad when the player who needs to be 'developed' most is sat on the bench?

dunno but he seemed happy enough to be clubbing last night so there we go.

in tiger tiger ? me and my mate managed to get a handshake, the people he was with wouldnt let us get a picture with him unfortunately

so basically, when you say clubbing...you meant stood chatting in the VIP area with a drink in his hand....i fuckin' despair sometimes at the shite aimed at balo....he's one of our own, you would do well to remember that

Maybe a big part of his development in Mancini's thinking is to learn who is boss and that he has to earn his place on the field. Hopefully when he next plays we will see a little maturity from him and good commitment/effort.

Well this is the question. It would be a shame to lose such an mentally insane footballer who has given us a all a good chuckle, played man of the match in our 2 biggest matches last season, kicked the shit out of a diving Dynamo Kiev player and become the inspiration to one of our greatest songs ever
