Whats gonna happen to balotelli?

Hopefully Balotelli reflects on last season, looks at the players we have brought in and says to Mancini play me and I will show you I am worth my place in your best 11.

i saw some posts in this forum and couldnt help laughing at them... billy shears,u are pathetic and joe mercer, you are clueless... everyone who is slagging off mario balotelli at the moment, just wait till the champion's league begins and you will see what mancini is waiting for... of our all the four strikers, who has won the champion's league... who has won an european league title... who has won the ballon d or futura...
And i would like to add one more thing... has anyone seen his last match(friendly against spain)... he was nothing short than world class..... that barcelona midfielder, busquets was just like a kid in front of our mario... mariop is hot... he is like a beast waiting to be unleashed and mancini knows the right time...

Dont know if he s doing this things with purpose or he s just limited person but he must stop acting like spoiled kid. And after all, he must keep quiet with all the money youre paying him..

I removed my support when he let us down in Kiev, my views were confirmed when he let us down again in the return leg. He has proved nothing to me since he's been here apart from being able to take a decent penalty.

I wont tell you that you are wrong as they are your opinions mate however may I ask who else you have removed your support for ? Past or present.

So Balo let you done twice so you dont support him. Might I ask your thoughts on Tevez then ?

I think Tevez is either morally corrupt or has a ring through his nose that makes it easier for Joorachabin to lead him.

..but on the pitch he has rarely let us down and that's what it's all about.

So it is acceptable for a player to publicly express his clear desire to leave and hand in a transfer request on more than one occasion but as long as he does it on the pitch it doesnt matter ? Yet because Balo had a poor / average season (by his own admission, although his goal to game ratio wasn't overtly poor) last year and then he didnt attend the parade you wont support him anymore ??

Let's be honest he only has himself to blame. Mancini went in to bat for him big time took a huge gamble on him and he has fucked him big time.

Amazing talent but he simply cannot be relied upon. So bench it is.

At this point honestly believe if an Italian club offered what we paid for him we would sell but that's not going to happen.

I rate him highly but he has just about the worst attitude you are ever going to see in a player. Until that changes he won't start for city.

Hopefully he looks at himself and realises that in the games he does get this year he improves every game and plays well. Doesnt have to score or assist. Just a strong contribution to the game, linking up with others, tracking back etc.

I am not interested if he scores or not as he has plenty of time for that i would prefer if he got the rest of his game in check before he is a starter.

Reading through the training reports it seems that he has been really sharp in training and already showing an improvement since start of season and being left out.

Firstly, I don't think we should read too heavily into his absence from our first two league games- we have a long season ahead of us. Secondly, he's Mancini's prodigy, and for good reason, he won't be cast aside unless he well and truly deserves it.
I think he's serving some bird for his back heal antics and will feature again shortly.
Theres so much flapping over this fella, let him find his way

prone to exaggeration ^^^

Let me rephrase that. He won't start for city in important games, big games or if our main forwards are available. Bottom line he is currently 4th choice at cf currently at city this really is not up for debate. We are always going to play kun, tevez and dzeko before him. Probably nasri as well even if it means playing him upfront.

He is going to get game time at some stage as a sub, cover injuries and suspensions, carling cup. He really will have earn his place back for the big games IMO.

Sorry, I disagree. Mancini has a squad whereby he can select choices for pertinence rather than relative form. Balotelli and Dzeko are completely divergent players and their selections in games are more of a reflection on the opposition than their pecking order.

For the record, Balotelli will cause absolute havoc on the pitch. The only dubiousness i have is how soon that is going to be. Even then, it's soon enough.
