can't get my head round why the Liverpool game is so expensive,apart from 2 seasons ago they've been pretty much a mid table team for some time,whats the big deal?

North West derby, full allocation of away tickets taken plus they are still seen as a "name" club unlike say Everton.

City-Liverpool has been a big game as long as I've been watching City, which is around 50 years. Position in the table has had little to do with it, it was still a big game when we were shit.

for us it was,doubt it was for them,don't see that game as any different to the Southampton game....

I payed £31 for Newcastle and Norwich in the family stand (£36 for non members),Southampton next month cheapest tickets £39 (£44 for non members) that's an increase of £8 for the mighty Saints.

Just gone on sale £31 -£43 for members, same as Norwich.

Clubs like Dagenham & Redbridge or Accrington Stanley don't have Catergory matches. One set price for City and, as PB suggests, some kind of incentive for the less attractive fixtures to get those seats filled.

PB suggests a discount for members for the less glamorous matches, so basically you both want cheaper tickets for those games? Isn't that what we've got now with the category system? Or am I missing the point?
