What's next for Mancini?

I actually think City will be a thorn is his side as much as a success if that's possible.

He may be seen as a manager who lead a team to FA Cup and a league title but he failed in Europe twice and had one of the best squads in world football. Most teams he will be linked with will have inferior squads and he will be tasked with maximising potential, something he failed to do here.

IMHO he will sit out and hope for a big job offer, maybe Monaco once Ranieri is sacked (will inevitably happen). Italy would be ideal and I wish him well.

Mancini's Days of Wine and Roses are over. His Love Story with football will have to Wait Unit Dark as his blue Moon River is just a Charade.

Is that a shot in the dark?

Ah!

Finally someone who gets it!

Roberto Mancini could replace Fabio Capello as Russia manager, according to Sky Italy

I think he will take that, he did say he would not mind a World Cup job.
