whats stanmoor like to park for wembley

any one going to Stanmoor to get tube to Wembley park is it ok to park here any decent pubs to go into

It is OK for getting the tube as long you do not park in the station car park. It takes ages to get out so find somewhere near and walk to station. Some pubs in Stanmore and the Leather Bottle on the road to Edgware.

Use Stanmore tube station to travel to Wembley on many occasions but never used their parking as its really busy.

I would recommend this website www.justpark.com which I've used on many occasions - you literally park on someone's drive for the day.

It's cost me £12:50 for all day parking & it's a 2 min walk. Note: you print off a parking permit and display on dashboard. Pay via PayPal etc

Used Stanmore for both recent FA Cup finals, really good option but as stated above, park nearby.

I used Queensbury the last two visits, only 2 mins from Stanmore, easier to park and about an hour less to get out of the car park
