What's the easiest job you have ever had?

Student job, working in the food stores at Prestwich Hospital for three weeks in the summer of 1977 (I think).
Each ward had a box and I had to put the required amount of tea, coffee and sugar in the boxes.
Monday to Thursday I was done by 10-30 and Friday it took until 11-00 as there was more stuff to cover the weekend.
The rest of the time was spent unloading deliveries (very infrequent) and reading the newspaper.
All tea breaks included slices of cake which may have been intended for the patients.

Worked in a recycling plant on nightshift 12 hr shifts changing the blades on the granulators. Took about 1 1/2 hrs if you motored.

Working on the production line in a bakery in Israel. My job was to ensure that bread rolls on the conveyor belt didn't fall off the belt (they hardly ever did). A question worth considering was why they didn't build some sides along the belt which would have made my job totally unnecessary...

Did a stint at colgate proctor and gamble trafford park packing toothpaste on nights for £140 per shift.

I honestly filled up one box slightly larger than a double shoebox per shift.

I only did 4 shifts and had to leave, it was sending me cabin crazy.

I worked for a firm that made curtains for about 6 months when I was 18. My only job was to carry the cloth which came in rolls up a flight of stairs, and drop it off at the tables where it would be cut to size before going to the sewing machines.

I literally had to carry about 2 rolls of cloth each hour, which would take me about 2 minutes each time, and the boss used to let me sneak out once a fortnight to sign on as well. Spent all day listening to the radio, until I was given a shout.
