I guess tastes change over time, as do the chocolate bars themselves:
Picnic, Fruit & Nut, Mars, Flake, Yorkie (raisin & biscuit + regular varieties), Lion Bar, Twix, Revels, Minstrels (my mother used to call them 'menstruals') and of course Quality Street.
& when younger would indulge in Curly Wurly & Crunchie (which seems a little bit too sickly sweet these days) & Milky Bar white 'chocolate'.
Has anyone noticed the change in portion sizes & quality over the years?
Things like Revels completely changed in size & seemingly taste, and with regards to bar-shaped stuff like Picnic, would you say they've reduced the sizes of all these things to cut costs - or is it just my imagination?
