Whats your mood regarding City right now?

Concerned about the form recently, but surprisingly upbeat after yesterday as i think we played well. If Silva and Aguero were in better form yesterday we'd have won, and I think both will come good.

I agree that we were much better overall yesterday , having Kompany back seems to be a positive for the team.

Still fuming over the tw*t Clattenburg though - he is one bent cnut imo !

It's been a joyless and frustrating experience for about 18 months now.

I hope there is one last hurrah from what has been a truly great group of players in our history.

So, better to now die or our feet, than live on our knees.

All guns blazing.

pissed off as the league has been there for the taking!!! On form we could have won the league by now.
Little worried we slip even more and not make top 4, with pep coming would be a disaster. With 2 home defeats on the bounce, we are not used to this for the past few years, and it stings a little.

Accepting that this group of players have reached the end of their cycle

We have got a good 5/6 years out of them but now is the time to shuffle the pack and get some new blood in. We haven't been as dominant as we should have been given the talent at our disposal. Four trophies in five years is more than I could have dreamed of pre takeover but it is probably below par.

We have a lot of positives on the horizon however , We will have the best manager in world football, and the resources to build a new team in his image. It will be exciting to see this new team emerge , although some legends may have to make way

Ready to get behind the team. Yesterday was nothing to do with the team and all to do with the cheating twerp of a referee, Clattenburg. We have a great team and a good manager, that doesn't change overnight and I will be there on Sunday supporting the team, whichever one Mr Pellegrini puts out and cheering like mad for them.

We are Manchester City, the Boys in Blue never give in, they fight to the end.

the constant barrage of media pressure, defending the club here in Ireland is difficult with the amount of rag top reading scum and candle holders. They try and use the media stories to have a go, it gets tiresome. I feel as if we are succumbing as a club too this pressure, we are allowing our players to be kicked all around the pitch, refereeing decisions are going unmentioned in pressers. Injuries are mounting up. Our best players are playing poorly (Sergio aside)

Pellegrini needs to send Ruben out to the press if he is unwilling to criticise the refs. Our players need protecting.

It's different pressure to what it used to be thats for sure. We're not going to get relegated.

I suppose the frustration is there for me, as I believe we are so much better than we are showing, I go into every match thinking, this is it, we're going to click today, and it doesn't happen. I hope it's not too far away.

Not looked forward to any match after our initial good start.

Just keep seeing the same turgid crap, don't even watch televised away games any more.

It is completely frustrating because there is a good team somewhere in that squad of players but "Mr Nice Guy" hasn't got a clue how to achieve it.

Frustrated would be the word. I don't believe that this squad needs a massive overhaul like some are stating, it needs tweaking a little. We have the players to still achieve a great deal this season but to be honest we look like finishing in 4th, 3rd at best with possibly 1 cup if we turn up at Wembley. With this set of the players, that would be massively underachieving. Looking forward to next season because I think Pep will bring something to this club that we will never have seen before but presently id love a resurgence from now to the end of the season, the players owe that to Pellegrini.

Although Iam fed up with the effort the team has put in this season I do think we should go all out to give the club our loudest support and laugh at sky and the press. We have been loud and proud when our team was a lot worse so let's have a laugh for the rest of the season and enjoy the ride.

Had enough and just want the season to be over.
This post has to be the most depressing shit I've ever read.
For a city fan to come out with this garbage considering our history is fuckin tragic.
Football is about highs and lows, good and bad decisions, injuries, form, tactics and hundreds of different factors that's why we love it.Sure we seem to get more bad refereeing decisions than some others, but that makes it sweeter when we win.Yeah Pellers sometimes seems to lack in awareness of how to adapt to playing different styles but he's here till the end of the season and we have a reasonable chance of picking up some silverware so why would anybody who claims to be a fan want the season to be over.
Are you the type who unless everything is going perfect you give up,cause I've got news for you pal winners dig in when things are going against them and that's why they win,and we got our biggest winner back in the team yesterday.
Our form is not the best at the moment but this is when we need to dig deep and work through it.Next season with Pep will come soon enough but for fuck sake don't give up on the team when so much is at stake.

Mate I 100% see where youre coming from, but come on, with the money weve spent and the shower of shite that lead the title charge, we should have pissed this league. Not beating any of our rivals is a joke. We all will get behind the team but right now I think venting on here is healthy haha.

Nothing to do with recent form but as demotivated as I have ever been supporting us. Yes I know we have been shit and I've watched an awful lot worse but I don't have the same buzz anymore. My life use to revolve around City and I know as you get older/commitments that changes but I find City being the lowest of my priorities. In years gone by I would be raging at the last couple of weeks nowadays I'm not really arsed

We need a massive rebuild and thats a huge huge job - even for pep. Pep, a manager with no PL experience.
Im seriously worried for us this season. A Man U fan I know has text me to say 'between us and your lot for 4th CL place then and weve still got to play you'. Annoys me but hes right.
We have been dreadful this season, absolutely shambolic.

Disappointed with Spurs result but hey we have a Cup Final coming up in 2 weeks and sit 6 points off the top of the PL with 36 points to play for!
Pep to follow 1st July
What's to be depressed about!

I've still got a slight hope we can win the league. 6 points is nowt at this stage of the season and i'm pretty sure the teams above us will drop points.

We do however look demotivated and the players don't seem to be playing with the belief that we're in a title race...

Not to bad myself we've still got it all to play for hopefully next 2 games we win them and that will be a big boost for us all. It's not all over yet..

I've spent the past couple of months mainly frustrated, sometimes angry, however I'm now in more of a reflective mood.

I think I'm starting to realise it's almost an end of a mini era with City. The signs have been there for probably over a year now. A culmination of things are all coming to a head at the same time.

1. PELLEGRINI.
I like Pellegrini in how he conducts himself, he is indeed a gentleman. I think he steadied a volatile/unpredictable ship, but I am of the opinion we have gone backwards under him. He won the first 2 trophies that were on offer to him, but nothing since. We've lost our identity somewhat under him. I mean what are we?? Are we a counter attacking team, are we possession based? I struggle to see what we are. It often looks as though we do little or no homework on the opposition and just we just have the ignorance and arrogance that our 11 is better than theirs. Whilst the commentary yesterday was poor, the one thing I did agree with was, when they stated Spurs were a team with a plan, where as we were looking and hoping one of our big players would do something special.
We have been found out, teams no how to play against us and who to nullify. Pellegrini is reminding me more and of Wenger these days, they are both so stubborn and refuse to change or adapt. (Obviously Pellegrini is on another level to Wenger in terms of likeability however).
This is the first time since probably under Pearce, when I have just wanted the season to end and not because of Pep joining us but because I am not enjoying watching us and I fear for how the season might end. I cant believe I am not enjoying watching a team that has Silva and Aguero in it...but I'm not.

2. KEY PLAYERS.
Kompany, Zabaleta, Silva and Toure have become heroes for the majority of fans at this club. Between them they have contributed so much to our recent success. They may divide opinion but they will all go down as club greats, maybe even greater accolades could bestowed upon some of them. But Kompany aside (if he can keep fit) I think we might be seeing a "changing of the guard" in terms of our spine or key men. Pep has some huge decisions to make this summer regarding some of these players.

3. REST OF THE TEAM.
Is it that good? Has recruitment been good enough and have we strengthened in the right areas? I think it's safe to say Hart, Aguero and De-Bruyne are and will remain vital to us for years to come. Sterling is work in progress, but after that, in all honesty I don't see what I would class as top quality players, good yes, above average yes, but not TOP quality.

It just feels to me like we are nearing the end of something and I don't want that to sound too negative as I honestly believe we are about to embark on something new and fresh. City has a whiff of staleness about it currently.
