I'm self-employed and work essentially dries up for 2 weeks after the 21st until 7th Jan. - no paid holidays of course so "Bah humbug"! ;-)

I don't miss looking at the new diary/calendar and putting in our 6 on-4 off roster. The realising it was Xmas and NY working as well as Easter!! Bids for Xmas/NY leave started in July.
