I have always said Hughes out from day 1

What I want to know is most people still seem to be a fan and I rally hope he cuts it

BUT

When am i offically allowed to be genuinley concerned about the state of play

If we get fuck all at an out of form Liverpool - Will people class that or will we get the excuse of

"we didnt win at Anfield, fucking hell stop moaning its a hard fixture"

if we dont pick up 3 points Hull at home very convincingly, will i get - its a draw, its a point we havent lost have we?"

If we dont get 3 points Sunderland away will i get

"there doing really well, we should be glad of a point"

Where does it stop??

Please can the Hughes love in brigade clearly state when I can be justified in my berating of the man

Thank you

When it is clear that we have not won something or not achieved top 4, so closer to the end of the season i would say

this team is still jelling the manager has done nothing wrong. we have a few Players not at top form at the same time. we need to keep the faith and support the team. everthing at the club appears to be going in the right direction. success does not come overnight. iv waited most of my life for city sucsess and see it happening in the near future. a couple of years ago i would have not been convinced that city would win anything before i died of old age. i dont think like that anymore.

i still belive we will finnish in the Top four-good enough for me this year

You don't make decisions on a managers position on the basis of the odd game or even a run of gamesyou make a judgement at the end of a full season and taking ALL factors into consideration.

The way the Hughes haters go on after a bad result I sometimes wonder whether its the managers responsibility to tell each player on every touch what they shoudl be doing with the ball, or where he should be positioned on the pitch in any given minute.

If for instance during a run of bad games the manager is without his main striker or suffers a horrendous refereeing decision these should be considered in mitigation.

You set the manager a full season target, therefore he shoudl only be judged at the end of that season.

Watch that "goals for" column look silly once Robinho is back fit.. he'll rocket us up to fourth. No doubt about it.

If we are nowhere near 6th place after january, then I think it's fair to be concerned. As long as we are comfortably within top6 we are achieveing our goals.
