You know the way that people, on other threads, are putting forward the (quite legitimate) "jilted boyfriend" theory to explain how one-time favourite players suddenly become rubbish when your team sells them on? Well.. as a full time plagerist and part-time idiot (or should that be the other way around?), I'd like to advance the following (totally original, of course!!) theory... SKY used to own 10% (or so) of City, not so long ago - and City weren't a very rewarding investment (in PR terms certainly - it wouldn't surprise me one jot, if someone were to log on and inform us all that SKY made a bundle of cash out of us. Finances are funny). So, are SKY operating (at least, partly) out of spite and jealousy?
