If you seriously think his job security is debatable less than a year after the FOURTH LEAGUE TITLE IN A ROW, social media hot take merchants have fried your brain and your attention span.
Unless he takes the team into a relegation fight, it's not a debate. The team has an injury crisis, their best players are aging out, the fall-off was bound to happen. Yes, it's been worse than we thought, but 6 titles in 7 is a level of success that isn't sustainable.

The team is knackered mentally and physically, some players are hiding, some players have lost it, we've got injuries we never get a rest in the summer, and we didn't recruit properly in the summer. This is culminating in high levels of stress on the team and staff. Alot of it has all come at once.
How can people like you not grasp this?

No its not. We arent that club any more. This current situation from being treble winners to relegation form is unacceptable40 pts by the end of April and it's all good
