I attended my brothers funeral today..

I don't know the answer to this question.

I think when it effects you directly however, you can find some comfort in thinking that there maybe something further waiting for us all out there..

It's been a long day..!

Dennis was well respected and this was reflected in the turn out..

The sun came out too which for early January was a nice surprise..

He'll be miffed that he missed a good afternoon in the pub though..!

There was a big City flag on his coffin along with a scarf, the sun came out and the place was full..

Funerals are not the best but unfortunately are unavoidable..

I Remember talking to Dennis when he was in hospital a few weeks ago, he knew as did the family that time was short.

He'd already made plans and said he wanted no moping about on the day..

It was a sad day yesterday but everyone reflected on his life and remembered the good times growing up like you do rather than dwell on the day itself..

Dennis would have liked that..!
