Where are you all going on holiday over the summer?

Basically as the title says.

Where are you going? How long for?

I'm going to a small seaside town called Seahouses. It's around 30 miles north of Newcastle. I'm going with my girlfriend and my parents - that should be fun.

Sadly we can't afford a 'proper' holiday this year, which we had planned. Instead though we are going for a 4 night break in Scotland, which i'm more than happy with and looking forward too alot.
On the plus side my kids are going to Lanzarote for 2 weeks with their mum, plus my daughter is also going to Tenerife for a week in a few weeks with her nana, so at least they are getting a good holiday, which of course is all that matters. :-)

I went to Greece last year and to go to the same place again, it has doubled WTF

I know Seahouses, Bob. Traditional old fishing town. Some nice beaches further up the coast, Bamburgh etc.

I'll have a week staying at my mates in Tenerife and there's talk of a Dusseldorf weekend with a few pals for my 40th. Might do a few days in Wales with my girlfriend.

Tempted to go and watch the Blues in San Francisco.
