Thinking about going to malta then getting the ferry over for a few nights in sicily.

Never been to either before, anyone know if its any good? taking the mrs so just looking for quiet , sun and decent food and a few decentish bars

Where are you going? How long for?

I'm going to a small seaside town called Seahouses. It's around 30 miles north of Newcastle. I'm going with my girlfriend and my parents - that should be fun.

I know Seahouses, Bob. Traditional old fishing town. Some nice beaches further up the coast, Bamburgh etc.

I'll have a week staying at my mates in Tenerife and there's talk of a Dusseldorf weekend with a few pals for my 40th. Might do a few days in Wales with my girlfriend.

Tempted to go and watch the Blues in San Francisco.

My family and I have stayed at Bamburgh too. We came across Seahouses when we went driving around the coast there for a day.
