Where are you all going on holiday over the summer?

I have 3 mini-breaks, 5 days this month, 4 days in August and 5 days in September.

I think the one coming i'll head into the mountains!

Hi

We stay in Son Parc in the north of the island near Es Mercadel and my favourite place in the med, Fornells. We stay in a house overlooking the golf course there. Son Parc is very quiet and more a residential area but we hire a car for the two weeks [and it's more expensive than the flights!] and we go to a different beach most days and to a different town to eat most nights. I've been the last 5 or 6 years and I love the island. It's not for everybody as it is a laid back, almost asleep place but with the car we can get all over. My other favourite parts are Es Castell, Cuitadella, Es Grau and the top of el Torro! We're going with another family this year, for the first time, so I really hope it's their cup of tea!
