hostel in kensal green. 4 stops from wembley on the tube. easy for us to get off check in get back on tube and get to green man.

Stayed there a couple of times that city have been playing at vicarage road, great food then, so hope it is still the same for you, also plenty of tv's round the pub and a good choice of beers

I'm in the Wembley Hilton as well, Friday & Saturday. 99 Quid for an 'event menu'. What's the event ? Ripoff the Northerners Weekend ? Do you know how many kebabs & cans of cider I can buy for 99 quid ?

we normally would do travellodge both nights. we popped in for pint on semi to see place.It was good beer as thats what counts.
Didn`t want to spend silly money for nights digs as it`s just to get my head down.Will be too pissed to care anyway.

good beer garden, chippy across one road, bookies across another road, greasy spoon a short distance away and about 5 minutes from the station, great choice mate.
HEY !!! the trog !!! I've booked the Crown Moran in Cricklewood last minute decision. Couldn't find much else. Booked it but if I find something else I can cancel without a fee until 9 May. Looks nice but is very expensive for me and the other half. Have you found something cheaper in Cricklewood. Checked map and I think we will try and walk back just over 1 half miles rather than try bus or tube. If we are in same place perhaps we could share transport.

I had to call them to confirm they had not made a mistake with the pricing!!
TGI Fridays under the hotel does not take bookings. "Just turn up and we will find you a table" they said. Yeah right.
To top it all, I paid extra for a stadium view and exec' bar entry. Free drinks for two hours. Turns out the 2 hrs are between 18:00 and 20:00 hrs. Kick off is 17:15. Hmm ??!!
