where did you relocate to?

I agree with what other people have said, piss poor organisation on behalf of MCFC. The concourse should have been used to allow people to get some shelter from the cold and odd rain shower. The days should also have been staggered based on loyalty points.

I was 4 hours in the queue and when I got to the ticket windows they were only operating at 80% capacity as windows 9 & 10 were closed.

Was in 135 now in 211.

Have not taken up the Cup Tickets Direct option which I usually do as a protest at the Clubs treatment of loyal supporters.

We are turning into another version of Stretford Rangers.

4.5 half hours in the freezing cold, I thought City looked after there fans. I'm just a number to be moved around, shame on you City.

Sorry to hear all these stories about having to wait so long, and do agree that the organisation has been piss poor.

Me and my cousin will be relocating to the East Level 1 between the dates 12th and 14th of June. Hoping really for as close to the away fans as possible, 2 seats together. But we're realistic thinkers and know we wont get tickets in 110 by that time, so hoping for 109, 107 area. If that isn't available, then we'll just have to get lumped somewhere like the rest of you seem to have been.

3rd tier is a no go zone.

(North Stand seasoncard holders...)

Relocated to 122 row e and f but feeling lucky managed to get 6 tickets close to each other after 4 and half hour wait with 2 young children. Seats are a whopping 20 rows below our current seats am looking forward to getting soaked next season. Will hopefully be attending pointsof blue tomorrow 6:30 in the mancunian all supporters welcome.

Cant see the NS being empty. I believe the purpose behind these changes is to make the 3rd tier full of Season ticket holders. If the club find that not all the seats in the NS are taken then they will "reward" the people who have taken the £250 option and will put them in there to fill any untaken seats

exactly what i was thinking
Its pretty obvious that the family stand won't sell out with family's only, so they won't leave empty seats in there when they can sell 'em, but what happens when they put adults in the family stand and they start swearing or standing? there will be a whole lot of trouble!

can i just say well done to all of you that queued to relocate,i am lucky as we are at this time unaffected in 212.reading this thread made me realised how lucky city are to have the fans they have, the turmoil on the pitch has been bad enough over 30 odd years nevermind this upheaval.
i'm sure they do but i do hope the club realise this.

like we was saying, whilst stood in the freezing cold wasting my bank holiday, after watching this club for thirty years we can't just pack it in because they've f*cked us about. What worries me is that whilst they plan for more family seats and corporate seats they are shafting the hard core that have followed this club for years. The soul of this club is it's fans, the one's that have kept it in the limelight by sticking with it over all those underachieving years, if the club price out or lose these loyal supporters now or in the next five years when the money men sell up (which they obviously will, one day) the club could seriously be in the sh*t!

Did I read somewhere that they are planning on changing the corporate section in the not to distant future? Will that affect many more and if so will there be anywhere decent left for them?

Fair play to all those that queued yesterday with minimal fuss, I would have been fucking livid. Hopefully City have learnt something from this, we'll see.

The whole of level two Colin bell stand and East Stand (around 8,000 seats) are and I quote "for the 2011/2012 season being refurbished to provide a premium experience, to meet the changing needs of a section of our support."

In other words, City are doubling the price of season cards for Level two C/B and E/S and displacing thousands of loyal supporters for corporate numpties unless they stump up.

You know, looking at those photos reminded me of the days of queuing at Maine Road for Cup tickets in the old days! I never thought that in this day and age I would ever see that sort of queue again.

Because it hasn't affected me I was neutral about the 'fuss' but I hold my hands up guys and apologise wholeheartedly for not being more sympathetic. Sorry.

This is a disgrace and I hope that it will be forcefully brought up at the Points of Blue meeting this evening. Someone should take those photos along to show whoever turns up from the club and ask them how they spent their Bank Holiday.

For you to all have to give up your Bank Holiday to queue for your season tickets leaves me (almost) speechless.
