After Sunday night the lad I went to watch City with,made his way to Circular Quay in Sydney to catch the ferry back to Manly.
When he got on it was dark and he woke up when it was broad daylight,about 9 he reckons as the ferry was full of kids in school uniform.
It would have been about 3 hours going around Sydney Harbour by his reckoning.

I know a lad who went for a liquid lunch in mulligans one afternoon and woke up the next morning in the west of Ireland having somehow driven down to hollyhead and amazingly boarding a ferry with no recollection whatsoever!

Fell off an Icey lock gate near bridegwater once when taking a short cut, ended up in the canal dry lock which hurt and left me covered in crap but soon sobered up to find a way out.
Glad those days are gone, I was lucky I didn't end up brown bread :)
