Where is anyone stopping off on the way to Newcastle

on the way we are thinking of stopping at chester le st , there is a big pub in the centre of chester le st where we have stopped before but i can not remember its name so if anybody knows it would be appreciated so we can check opening times. allso where is anybody else thinking of stopping off
