The ticket office is now run on exactly along the same lines as the phone line.

At the City shop go through the green door and join the queue.
Repetitive shit music will be played until your ears bleed.
Stay in the queue.
Every ten minutes or so you will hear a message over the PA system telling you that your support is valued and that you are number 78 in the queue.
Stay in the queue.
More shit music.
You are now number 43.
Stay in the queue.
More shit music.
You are now number 1.
Go through the blue door.
You are now at the back of the queue.
Go through the green door and repeat.

The ticket office is being incorporated into the City Metaverse next season. To access the ticket office you have to buy a Metaverse membership and a headset. It's a new and exciting part of the matchday experience.
