Where Would You Prefer A Small Away Following To Be Put Next Season?

colin bell tier 3, it would give the old timers a heart attack at the thought of singing in the library section
 
Level 3 get them up there and away from the pitch and tv cameras (which I'm not overly arsed about before anyone starts - but given the choice they should be out of view)
 
two things matter, access and segregation - unlike the sides, this new end has separate entrances to all three levels so they could go into any of the three levels, so I for one would have them in Level 3. Segregation is easy at any level I think

Segreagation would be cheaper in level 3 as they would be against a wall on one side - meaning only one row of stewards separating fans. I'd imagine the plan is to get them out of the way.
 
Levels 2 or/and 3 for me depending on the teams away following, so for example...if its say west brom or watford etc, stick them up in level 3 for operation 1 end as others have said, if its possible that is.
 
Level 3, might stop the empty seats claiming dickheads who see the blue seats in the away section on televised games & jump to conclusions - though special dispensation for ManUre fans, they can go in the canal
