I was posting on at the time it got locked and from what I read most of the abuse was directed at people arguing between each other and only a small amount was towards Ajay.
Earlier in the thread Ajay did post that he accepted that there would be people who wouldn't believe what he was saying but would continue posting anyway,which he did.
He also said he thought everyone should stop all the arguing and throwing unnecessary insults to each other and this was said countless times by others also
One of the last posts by Ajay was
Player as passed medical and signed. but wouldn't pass on the name. this gave the none believers more ammo and even more banter between posts
Then said PM the players name to certain members.
Now seeing as the thread at this time was as people said a bit off topic,IMO this was either very naive or very very clever. Because it was easy to see and obvious that it would only make matters on there worse.
I really enjoyed reading the thread and admit I was listening to every word for a while but then after reading all the updates from Ajay I came up with my own conclusion what was actually happening and were Ajay was taking the thread.
If he was still posting on it I'd still read through the lot and enjoy it the same

I posted on the thread at about tea-time after it had arrived in off topic, pointing out that besides the gossip, much of it not Ajays, the thread would probably get some pictures of naked(ish) women added, as many threads down there end up doing. I was not making fun of Ajay, I stopped reading the thread in it's original location after it had got past thirty pages or so, because it seemed that it was going round in (increasingly bad-tempered) circles, and I couldn't be bothered. I would rather read that Hughes has signed a really good centre back, or two.

Totally agree with this. It was getting a bit silly with certain idiots hanging on Ajay's every word. As far as I can see (and I've been right back through Ajay's posts) he never got a single prediction right despite his 'reliable sources'. The rather childish 'I know a player whose just had a medical but I'm not going to tell you who it is' stance was the last straw. Good riddance.

I am going to agree with you on this one.
Failure to sensor the thread in line with the site's own code of conduct created this mess in the first place.
I don't know the motives behind these ITK threads, (kudos maybe?), however, if someone does make the decision to go public, for whatever reason, then allowing the thread to descend into one big slanging match is ridiculous.

Good morning, it was great to actually get some free time last night and relax without being glued to Bluemoon writing updated and replying to PM's (sorry to those I have just not got round to yet).
I also see that the MH getting sacked rumour is speeding up with some saying within 48 hours!
Well I am not 100% sure but I did say days ago that he been given a 'walk away with dignity' offer and that he should either consider that offer of deliver what the board and the fans are expecting.
My main source is still in the UK and was apparently in several club meetings yesterday (I do not know yet if he actually met MH), but I do know that all transfers (and yes at least 2 are fully agreed) are on hold pending further internal talks.
These talks may not be just about MH but do involve other aspects of the running of the club!
The really interesting news is that I was told that ADUG representatives have met directly with the 'group' of unhappy players and as other have already stated they have confirmed that they are no happy with the training and team selection criteria being implemented.
Cooke and MH where not present and one person was acting as the 'groups' spokesperson!
I am taking a day off work today so hope to chill and relax but will post on this thread later.

Okay Ajay, the "walk away with dignity" thing is what I do not understand. When exactly is he supposed to deliver? At this stage winning two games on the trot would be considered delivering? This is like a slow-speed chase. If they are going to get rid of him, it is best it is done quickly. IMO, they made their first mistake by not replacing him as soon as they took over. I suspect they kept him for PR reasons. To placate public and media opinion, viz rich foreigners blah blah blah. There are three weeks left in this transfer window, and the number of games left in the season will not increase. If they want to prejudice matters in our favour it would be a good idea to get a manager in who has the ability to use what is left of this January, and for whom players and agents will move and heaven and earth to play for in the time remaining. Mark Hughes is not a bad man, I don't think he is a bad manager, but in football terms he is a novice manager, learning his trade, and we are a club with (we are told) the ambition and the money to attack the CL, so why on earth don't we gamble with loaded dice, i.e. get a manager longer in the tooth who has proven he can build and organize a team that wins things?
