Taking a coach down from Glossop meeting at 8am in our local for a liquid breakfast leave at 9am heading for the sky bar in the Hilton .

Right now that Squirty has shown me up for my piss poor planning, anyone know how I can get to Wembley without taking a replacement bus and over ground train and I think I saw mention of a jet ski down the Thames.

2nd edit, yes beers Uxbridge and then taxi to Hillingdon. jobs a good un.

Hillingdon is our normal stop and is also under bus replacement tomorrow. All stations from Uxbridge to Harrow are as I understand it.

So is the Greene Man on Great Portland Street a good choice? Seems easy to get to Wembley from there

Yes. Right opposite tube. Straight to Wembley Park. They show football, served fairly quickly and does food. We have been in there 3/4 times in past and always been ok.

I’m sure he’ll appreciate it with time mate ..I remember me and my dads first time in 76’ never forget that day ever .. just pleased he Managed to stay with us until our next chapter .
I love this competition may it long continue.
