Which 3 City losses have made you most angry with City, and which 3 losses have made you proud of to be a Blue!

That was a strange game, we played like we didn’t really wanna win, it was as if Pellegrini had been told not to win because that was why Pep was coming.
I think I must've gone in with a negative enough attitude that I saw us only losing 1-0 as a pretty good result considering madrids attack at the time.

I seem to remember feeling a sense of pride afterwards, however you both seem to agree we were disappointing so I'm happy to concede on this one.

Maybe it's all the beer that's gone through my system since then!

Chumps League Final against Chelsea. Poor team selection by Pep and we got mugged. Big opportunity missed.
Kev got assaulted by that utter piece of s*** Rudiger, another blinding job by the ref.
God we’ve had some bullsh!t decisions against us over the years.

As he did against Atlético in Madrid. First five minutes. Remember that one? Clear fucking red. That was the one where Jack said “You're a bit of a ****, aren't you?” at the end to Savic. That was when I decided he was sound. Hope he rediscovers his form.

Ha, a very good point. Felt like a defeat though!

As did Feyenoord. Of all our recent débâcles, it is perhaps Feyenoord I'm most angry about.

United was like a punch in the gut, but at least they'll end up thirteenth, because they're still basically shit, and we'll end up (I think) top four by the skin of our teeth. Manchester's still absolutely blue. That said, if I'd actually been at the match, I might well be feeling differently.

After watching for 55 years it's difficult to find the 3 worst, but Wigan at Wembley has to be up there, along with any defeat by the rags, and cup defeats at Bury, Halifax and Lincoln. And Wolves at Wembley on my first visit. And Barnet even though we won the second leg. I can't include the 2021 CL final in Porto as I was just glad to be able to attend games again after lock down.

League Cup final? Funny thing about that one. I've still got the ticket for it in my papers. I can remember nothing whatsoever about being there. And I have a good memory. I was astonished when I found the ticket sifting through stuff and throwing away a few years back. I think it's just been a case of self-protective amnesia.

Was proud of the team when we lost 4-5 to Chelsea in the Full Members Cup final. We had come back from two down the previous day at the fleapit. And we looked fitter than them at the end of the final. Another two or three minutes and we’d have got another. They were out in their feet. I was 14 years old and had seen my team score four at Wembley.

It was also notable on a personal level as the only match I have ever been to with me Mum. I tried not to swear but City would make Mother Teresa curse.
I took my mum that day as well, I was a slip of a lad at 21

That was my first Wembley trip, I was 9.
Got a Yelloways coach from the Wrecker on Viccy Avenue, remember seeing the Wolves fans on the way down and one of the lads at the back saying they must all be inbred because they’ve only got 2 fingers, everybody laughed and I was puzzled, asking my mum & dad what did he mean.
Happy days
