Which BBQ should I buy for Summer?

    The professional char griller is a great bit of kit. Easy to use for standard fare but if you want to smoke youre rack of ribs or rib eye joint for 3 hours its the bollocks. Has a thermostat for heat regulation. you tube provides sites that show you how to get the best out of it and ideas for rubs for joints and ribs.

    I like your optimism weather-wise but I’ve never seen the point of BBQs. Different perhaps in the Med, Caribbean or Oz. Save your money ... or invest in a big George Foreman. Smoke gets in your eyes!

    in Manchester our bbqs are usually cooked in the oven and consumed looking out of the window :)

    The kamado Joe is better value than the big green egg. Although it only comes in red..... yuck.
