Which City game has annoyed you the most?

The promotion season when we drew against Bournemouth. 3-0 up at halftime, promotion in the bag I went to the toilet in the Kippax and there was a ticket tout desperately trying to offload tickets for the Bradford game at face value. I was only 15 at the time I had the money for a ticket but not the transport, so I thought fuck it were promoted anyway so it's a nothing game and decided not to purchase. Obviously the game ended 3-3 with Luther bloody Blissett equalising with a penalty 7 minutes into injury time. So gutted about drawing after being 3 up then even more gutted about not buying the ticket for the Bradford game because I would have found the money to get myself there. Still annoys me when I think back.

Probably just his opinion to the OP. The shite that folk come out with when someone has a negative about pep is bizarre. Pep makes selection mistakes often. He can be a proper weird **** about substitutions and his dress sense is fucking horrendous. Before you ask..no I’m not a manager of a club I’m just sharing my opinion on a football forum for sharing opinions.

People are free to share their opinions, and other people are free to share their opinions about the opinions of the former, no?

Many criticisms of Pep are silly yet stated as absolute truths. That's the thing I have a problem with, not the criticisms themselves. Specifically, the criticisms about the CL final in Porto are often based on ignorant assumptions about how football works: e.g., that if the manager chooses the right players, the team is guaranteed to win. That can't be true even against a league 1 team (the Centurions lost a cup game vs. fucking Wigan), let alone in a CL final. Chelsea had at least 35-40 % chance to win in Porto regardless of Pep's selection and tactics. They beat Real to reach the final, not Wigan. The idea that starting Ferna, 36, in that game would *guarantee* the win is bonkers.

While Pep is pretty much in a league of his own as a manager it's worth remembering Alan Ball, Stuart Pearce, Frank Clarke and many of the other deranged gerbils we've had in charge all have a higher levels of coaching qualifications than fans on forums.
