Whenever I watched Clichy at Arsenal he was very poor. His positioning was poor, he was weak in a tackle and very low level of concentration. But since he's joined us, he's been emphatic, so he'd get my vote. Unless you're looking for players improving from 2010/11 for City in which case I'd have to say Lescott
