Which City players did you hate the most?

I grew up with Andy Hinchcliffe and not only did he serve the club greatly ,he was a sound lad so shouldn't even be in same thread as danny mills ,macmanaman and shitheads like this .
sorry for the swearing but was warrented.

Sorry mate, love the guy for his efforts for City, but the way he fucked off to Everton sharpish was a disgrace.
Was oin the team coach after we played Palace away last game of the season and asked him if he was thinking of leaving.
'No mate of course not, I'm a City fan too, why would I?'
He got his move that summer.

Ok don't mean to be a 'happy clapper' or anything but why any fans would hate a CITY player is beyond me.

The only reason fans could have to hate a former city player is if they were unloyal, and a name that springs to mind, which interestingly no one seems to have mentioned is Tony Coton! Judas in my eyes!

I lost all respect for Robbie Fowler and McMannaman after the story was in the paper (Manchester Evening News) a good while back, probs when i was about 12/13 so i dunno 2/3 years ago. Anyway one of them was injured, whilst one was dropped, which was which i dunno. But basically they were invited to watch the game from the Exectuive Suite and both of the rags turned the other way in some kind of protest of ignorance and people inside the suite said they were so disrespectful. Fuck Off Fowler, Fat prick.

I am sure Robert Hopkins was sacked by City for breach of contract for drinking before a game(would be constructive dismissal now cos he ws shite)

According to then manager Jimmy Frizzell, Hopkins heart was still in Birmingham, City had agreed to pay his expenses for a while but there were so many claims for train tickets to Birmingham he felt he would never settle in Manchester, He when was then swapped for Imre Varadi to West Brom - After the move Hopkins was qouted as saying he hoped City would get relegated and West Brom would take there place in the then First Division.

Hopkins played 8 games for City scoring 1 goal in a 2-1 home defeat to Leicester during the 86-87 season.
