Which club should we watch for the rest of the season?

I think I'm one of those saying until we're able to fix our leaky defense and habit of not getting clean sheets, title is not likely since titles are based on a formidable defense.

But I never said top 4 is not likely.

16 games, 36 points. If we keep being shitty.. 32 games 72 points.. so at the very least we'll be in the top 4 mix.

Now just lets get our fingers crossed so we steady our ship and it sails without leaks!

Funny how our badge is a ship and all!
 
This thread seperates the blues, the JCLs and the silly old Berts by level of seriousness they take the OP and other comments.

truly some of our sarcasm and dead pan humour dies every season we win stuff ;-)

In that season, with 6 games to play we were 8 behind and in rubbish form, having won just one of our previous five league games!

Peps is obviously trying to find the right balance and keeping everyone happy. After 16 games we haven't won any league game comfortably and I'm not sure we will until we ditch Grealish and start playing Alvarez and Foden. Might be too late for the league. Arsenal are purring along nicely with no distractions and the gap will more likely get bigger not less unless we get a result against them. Haaland alone is keeping us in amongst the top 4. Just hope we manage to find our form in time for a real go at the Champs league.

I don't think we will beat Arsenal twice, I think they will beat us at there place they out played us last season at there's.
