england not winning the world cup

or

john terry winning the world cup

now obviously it would be a glorious day in england if by some miracle we won the thing, but john terry is such a massive massive **** i do not think i could stomach having to see his mug on telly every four years for the next five decades regaling all who will listen about how he single handedly brought the england 2010 campaign back from the brink.

Don't know how true this is as it's paper talk. In the Guardian story attached, they say that Terry has pissed a fair few people off with his interview. Hopefully Capello will drop him.

Don't really get the Terry hate. Yes, he's a ****. But not really a stand-out **** among the shower of cuntery that is modern football, IMO.

I could understand it if he played for the rags. I just find it hard to hate Chelsea, not that I'm suggesting any kind of affection for them, I just find them and their players inoffensive and 'meh'.
