ok lets go on league positions, 2 places above you finshed 20 points a head of you, stoke finished 6 places behind you and 18 points behind you, does that make them more of a rival.

Not at all .
Arsenal and Villa were our rivals last season . The top 3 are just too good to be our rivals . You must understand that there is a big gap from the top 4 and 5th place , with Arsenal possibly having a bad season last year , but there is also a big gap between Everton and the rest of the league as stats prove . Even with our best players injured , we still had strength to maintain our status .
Villa had a good season last year , but they really aren't in the same class as Everton yet , without wanting to sound biased .

You see i think City will be far to strong for use lot this season, class players dont need long to bed in, thats why they are class, i dont think you was even close to challangin for a top four, last year, so you cant class arsenal, villa had the head start you was playing catch up all time.

fit team oh you mean missing petrov all season, johnson all season, bojinov all season, ned first half, bellemy 8 weeks of a poss 12, Kompany playing injured same with SWP,never said 14 points wasnt alot, but if arsenal were your rivals, that was nine points, we was 13, and were not rivals, diff is only 4 points.
