9 was too young for Newcastle 68, was also at Groclin away me and a mate drove over stopped in Antwerp to watch rugby world cup final , then had a night in Berlin before staying in hotel at groclins ground. We were sat in dug out when city turned up for training .

8, too young for newcastle and as for the 10 - 1, gave season ticket to a mate as couldn't make that match, pig sick doesn't even begin to describe my feelings as i listened on radio

12 years old when we won at Newcastle ,got the yelloways coach from Ladybarn, 9 shillings, 45 pence in todays money
Heaven for a young kid.
I thought we were going to have years of this, but hard times ensued for the club.
But we stuck by them, having to put up with all the crap from across the City for years.
We always managed to get a coach full from the Fallowfield /Rusholme area, however crap we were
I've missed about 20 match's home and away over the 50 year period
And then the good times arrived again and this time they wont disappear
City are my life, they've given me good times and bad, I've made great friends over the years, been to places I would never of dreamed off going too.
And hopefully I can continue to do it for many years yet

@oakiecokie and @Dave Ewing's Back 'eader were both at the '56 and '34 final. Only Oakie went to the 1926 final, though.
