Which past City player would have prospered most under Pep

Francis Lee.

Was watching some videos of him recently and the first thing that jumped out at me is that he's the archetypal Pep player.

Loved Bellamy and pep would have too. His finishing was underrated.
I used to sit in the front row of what's now the family stand when City warmed up and it was interesting watching Bellamy and Adebayor warm up, Adebayor hit the ball so cleanly, Bellamy on the other-hand had a tendency to shank the ball and it got me thinking that is atleast as hard to save for a keeper because you're not dealing with just power, almost in the way that a spin bowler can be successful.

With regards to the question the obvious one is SWP, but I think he could have done wonders for David White's career and my money would have been on Keith Curle becoming England captain had Pep been able to work with him, Paul Walsh would have thrived working with Pep too...

One that's almost a sliding doors moment had he come earlier than he did is Kieron Trippier. Absolutely convinced he'd have spotted the potential and not let him leave.

Well I would hope he would have got him to a stage where he didn't get the run around like he got against us in the two games last season.

Robinho would have been incredible under pep. Think pep would have convinced him to realise his full potential and he would’ve become a true world beater.

Tevez, still probably the player who I felt could change a game at any time more than anyone else. Even now, he was fucking quality but under Pep wow....
