There have been a few books that have come too early - Rooney, or been utterly pointless - Rooney, or were about a player I have no interest in, errrrm Rooney

But there are a few books I would like to read, as long as they told the truth.

Of course Mark Hughes' will be good as I suspect the City period will now overshadow the United bits.

I have always wanted to know about Franny Lees problems with the other cliques in the club.

I would also have liked to have read Swales' account of his time at City.

Some of the books from the great era are, well a let down.

So whos biog' will get you spending money when its written?

goaters is good, although for a city anorak like me there are a fair few factual errors

i've also got david ellery's, and that is really good

reading marcus trescothick's at the moment, and again, thats really good

those 3 i'd recommend!
