Martin o neil and Roy hodgson. They've done a grand job by picking up 2 teams from the gutter and making them a descent sides. They haven't really slagged us off aswell i don't think.

I respect Mark Hughes, I really do. I also like O'Neill and Moyes, however I think the best non Top-4 manager would have to be Roy Hodgson, he could be building something special at Fulham.

Hodgson is a class act. Usually very polite about other teams and is honest in defeat. Doesn't complain about referees too much either.

From a footballing point of view and as a coach Wenger is a genius. The FA should break the bank to get him as head of youth development in this country when he leaves Arsenal.
