Hi Blues, need a new printer had an epson stylus which to be honest was never great can anyone recommend me a decent low budget one that wont charge the earth for ink ? cheers.

have a look at the HP all-in-one printers - I've got a 5510 which is less than £50 from tesco and you can buy the inks separately if you need or just £30 for a full set of 4

was looking at anew printer the other week (never bought one)a guy in pc world said that the kodak ones are best value at the minute with cheap new ink

I've had a Canon for a while now but would like one of those wireless ones.

Canon are also good for ink. Go to Amazon and you can get the Black for about 12 quid and the colour for about 15 and they last ages. That's originals. If you're not fussy about quality, then compatibles are even cheaper.

How much ink do you get with a new printer nowadays? It seems like some printers are the same price as a set of inks. Might as well just keep changing the printer rather than the ink!!

My wireless HP 5510 does wireless printing/scanning and photocopying and I can print from my Andriod phone and SWMBO's iPhone and all even when I'm not at home with the HP-ePrint stuff - just send it an email (from anywhere in the world) and out the print pops

They had them in Tesco last week at £50
