Which team will be the surprise package this year??

Out of all the teams in the Prem this year who do you think will excel and 'out do' themselves?

There is always one team that does much better than their squad on paper suggests. This year i'm going for West Ham i reckon they will finish top 7/8 which would be a fantastic achievement
