Are these the only 3 players you are allowed in coming? Or could you also add others from outside. Coz the answer depends on what the question means

If it means, you are only allowed 3 newcomers and they all should be prom the premier league. Then I have to approach the problem differently than if it just meant I can get the best fitting 3 from England and plus others from outside.

The best Goalie who can play out of the back As that's our biggest need:
De Gea: Just him alone and wed be close to tied for the league race.

Once that biggest need is solved, ill get the 2 best players in the league. Hazard and Sanchez.

Taking those 3 significant weakens 3 challengers and leave us with a dog fight with Spurs and Pool for the title.

Oh for those who are wondering, I'd be going to 3 at the back. Sane and Sterling at wing back owning the line Kev and Gundogan in the middle of the park. And Sanchez and Hazard flanking Aguero.

My bench will be Dihno and Kompany(when healthy) backing up the CBS

Maffeo and Zichenko backing up the wing backs (youth)

Garcia and Delph(When healthy) backing up. (Kev and Gundy) in the Middle of the park.

Silva backing up Sanchez and Hazard at AM

GJ backing up Aguero.

I use backing up loosely here. It will be an open fight for all the positions and my the best man win. The only guaranteed in my eyes are
Sterling and Sane at wingback as they have unproven guys behind them Maffeo and Zinch. Everyone else is in a challenge for starting job. Competition all around.

See if that team doesn't walk the league with 20 points.
