Can’t really understand why you’d consider Sterling to be surplus. On form he is better than Mahrez, Torres and Jesus and is your only natural winger with real pace. Signing Grealish and Ronaldo will only bring more out of Sterling.
Sterling hasn’t shown any good form for coming on two years now.

Its not Spain he was after most likely, and Atletico, Barca, Real all levels above than current Milan team. the ambition of Milan does not come close to the top Spanish clubs or City's.
for a start look at CL groups, Milan imo guaranteed 4th in that group with or without Bernardo.

Sterling should be comfortable with both feet,playing left or right should not hugely affect his contributions.
I don't think it does anyway,in our side,where ever he plays,he is equally limited,inconsistent,clumsy and flaky.This 'playing on the left doesnt get the best out of him' narrative is just another excuse for his lack of influence.
